Allison Maslan started out at 19 by just saying “yes”.

She was selling her poems when people started asking her, can you do a flyer? Can you do an ad? Can you do video?

She just kept saying yes… and then figuring out … how to figure it out. The result was a successful full service agency with clients like Ben & Jerry’s, Supercuts, and Merrill Lynch.

Then she burned out trying to do it all, and the wake up call came with a devastating car accident.

It prompted Allison to figure out the next phase of her amazing entrepreneurial career: how to get out of your own way as a founder to scale a business.
