A champion of women in STEM and international collaboration in all of her numerous entrepreneurial and executive roles over the past 25 years, Ana shares her tips on global networking, mentoring and more.

Ana Manduley has always thought global – and made it her business to collaborate worldwide.

Born in Cuba before moving to Washington D.C., she has held numerous entrepreneurial and executive roles, focused primarily on encouraging women into technology and STEM.

Over the years, she has led global collaborations and landed multi-million dollar contracts in partnership with governments around the world, international organizations like the IMF and World Bank, Embassies, Nonprofits, NGOs and major corporations.

Currently she is the co-founder of UAE-AFRICA Mentoring Development Consortium (UAMDC), and also works closely with Julie Kantor, CEO of Twomentor, a collaborating with organizations to create workforce mentoring cultures.
