Is the customer always right?

It certainly is right that if you don’t have customers, you don’t have a business.

Jill Raff grew up at a McDonalds.

Her grandparents opened McDonald’s location #150 in 1959, and Jill learned everything about business and customer experience growing up answering the phones, filling boxes of fries, doing inventory and traveling to conferences to hear McDonald’s founder Ray Kroc talk about his philosophy that the customer is “always right”.
