For years, Veronica Cool freely gave advice to F500s about how to reach and engage Latinos in her executive roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America

Then she realized she was giving away valuable advice for free. It was the ‘aha’ moment that led her to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Veronica now runs Cool & Associates, a management consulting that helps companies bridge the cultural divide to market to Hispanics – a $1.5 trillion opportunity often missed. She says most companies are missing out too by failing to leverage top Latino talent.
